- SDSierra DossSep 17, 20261.0Quite frankly if I could put negative stars I would. This has been the worst experience with plasma centers that we've ever had. My bf went in to donate yesterday and they infiltrated his arm, then tried to hide the fact they infiltrated his arm and tried to blame him for anything they could when it was their mistake to begin with. They tried to blame his weight since hes lost some weight in the 8 MONTHS he hasn't been there. Anyone is going to lose weight in 8 months. They tried to say it was bcuz of what he ate yesterday, honestly the list goes on and on. The lady that infiltrated his arm was different than the original lady that stuck him nad come to find out she actually had put her 2 weeks in recent to his donation. Instead of blaming the donors who are there trying to both save others lives with plasma and getting extra cash at the same time to help themselves, yall should retrain your employees on how to do their job and they need to relearn how to treat people. These people coming in to donate are human too. Just bcuz theyre on the opposite side of the table from you doesn't mean they should be treated with the continuous disrespect and met with attitude. Absolutely ridiculous, this establishment should be shut down with how bad they treat people. In addition to everything above and while I'm unsure of what measurement the plasma is converted in, but he was supposed to donate 880, he made it to the four hundreds when they infiltrated his arm, then they tried to tell him he only donated 83 and would only get partially compensated. Luckily he received half of the money he would have received had he been able to complete the donation. Some of these workers just lie and treat others horribly. -5 stars.
