Very helpful and professional.They lady that helped with my insurance stuff talked tom my grandson asked him about school she was very sweet and nice. The other lady let us know that we could look around at frames and she would be happy to help us when we got ready to order glasses very sweet and nice also. The dr was late and in a hurry to leave. That is all I am saying about him. They ladies in the office deserve 5 stars the dr 2 stars.
