- CHcynthia homerSep 26, 20265.0Excellent place to get your updated glasses. I bought my glasses back in June 2026. However, in August 2026 I had cataract surgery. After surgery, my prescription changed. Warby Parker changed the lenses free of charge! Thank you Warby Parker for saving me the expenses of new glasses. You are the first company I have ever done business with that offered something for free because my prescription changed. I highly recommend Warby Parker for no other reason than being a company who puts the customer first.

- DTDevin TheobaldSep 12, 20261.0Walked in with my daughter. 2 sales associates staring at their phones. No one greeted me or assisted me. We left, never going back. Plenty of places where I can be ignored by 20-something’s but at least get something out of it.
- I0Iota 0thingAug 29, 20265.0They were able to see me right away due to a cancellation from somebody else.
