SportsMED Physical Therapy - Huntsville

SportsMED's Physical Therapy program includes licensed physical therapists, expertly trained physical therapy assistants, modern equipment, collaborative treatment plans, and constant communication between patient, physician, and physical therapist. To utilize our physical therapy services, you do NOT have to be an existing SportsMED patient! All you need is a provider's prescription for physical therapy to get started on your journey to recovery!
