I've been coming to this studio whenever I'm in town for the last 10 years because it provides a great workout, friendly environment (staff and clients), and a clean space. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by smiling faces at the front desk (shout out to Amy!) and welcomed in to a very clean and organized studio. The instructors are all well-trained and provide good feedback to ensure you do the exercises correctly and to give motivation. They've built a nice community of people, so you have a friendly atmosphere with the other clients and a team that really encourages you to come. 5 stars hands down!

They are so welcoming, encouraging, and kind. The workouts themselves feel amazing and I'm working muscles I haven’t felt in a long time! If there's any thing you can't do, they provide recommendations on how to modify the exercise. After every class, I feel the good "burn" and know that my body is improving!

The classes are challenging, but offer a variety of options in class to meet everyone where they are at on their fitness journey without judgement. I started as a 43 yo 300lb. male with a 46” waist and after 2 months I’ve got 4 inches off my waist and seen significant improvement in my mobility, energy, and mental health/attitude at work and home. I can’t recommend it enough. The low impact workout is great for those with joint issues. Come join the fun!
