  I recently moved here from out of state so this was my first time at this location. I had an issue with my insurance and the staff was very patient as I sorted it out. They were helpful in helping me find new frames and worked with me to get the best discount. I also had a great experience with my eye exam at Luminous EyeCare.

  I was involved in a collision which resulted in my glasses being unwearable. So I was having the worst day I’ve experienced in a while, bruises on my face, throbbing pain and I can’t see without my glasses. I went in to the LensCrafters with defeat, because my glasses did not look repairable. I was thinking “great another $400 just to see AND PAYDAY IS A WEEK AWAY”. I was greeted by Janet, guess I was still in crisis mode because I was babbling about getting new frames, if I had insurance. Janet calmed me down and, offered me a seat and told me let’s take it one step at a time. I don’t know what it was about Janet but their presence calmed me down tremendously. Janet began to examine my glasses throughly before using their tools. I felt like a a family member of a loved one in the operating room as Janet meticulously worked on my frames. I sat there tapping my foot, internally panicking; at any moment I felt as if my glasses were going snap, and then I would have to go one with my life (a week) not seeing clearly. Within a few moments my glasses were slowly returning to their original shape. I thought Janet was done, because they looked almost brand new. Janet did not stop there, they made sure that each arm was at equal length and that it for perfectly based on my head shape. Janet also changed those little plastic things by the nose (IVE BEEN WEARING GLASSES FOR YEARS AND DIDNT KNOW THOSE THINGS COULD BE CHANGED). After that, Janet provided information about how clean and take my glasses, based on the specific coating I have on glasses. Janet went ABOVE & BEYOND, provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service and SAVED ME AROUND $400 (Probably more due to inflation) I am so grateful, thank you for all that you do.

  I needed an adjustment to my glasses and Karen was phenomenal. She made me feel welcomed in the store for what I considered a burdensome ask, and now I'll be using this store for my future purchases.

  She was very nice, and she found me several purple frames that were affordable. I'm sure this new 2 glasses for 2 years financed plan of theirs will work very well.
