I was greeted by Jennifer who appeared to be the glasses person for the store. She met me with a smile and asked how she could help. I asked if she could save the glasses. Her response was “I’m not sure but we can try!” Her attitude, and offer to try was such a pleasant and unexpected surprise. She fixed them! I could not have asked for any more, and was extremely impressed with her willingness to help. Thanks so much to Jennifer and the rest of the Parkway Place store for their outstanding service and assistance. I WILL visit them when I need new glasses!
