Jason (hopefully I'm remembering his name correctly), who was all by himself that day, took care of us promptly. While repairing her glasses, multiple other customers walked in, and he also managed to handle a phone call. He still took the time to repair her glasses for free among everything else. If this was my local LensCrafters I'd be coming back based on excellent service.
