How can a place that doesn’t answer their phones during normal business hours, tells you to leave a message that will be returned promptly, but asks you to wait 48 hours, and then doesn’t return your phone call be any good? I’m considering going out of town to get medical care. This is not good medicine no matter how great the doctors might be.
