The associate who assisted me was extremely patient and walked me through the entire process. My glasses were prepared for me within 30 minutes of deciding on my frames. The gentleman who worked in the lab was also very nice and delivered my glasses to me and ensured everything was to my liking. I’m so thankful that I did not have to wait 7-10 business days to get my new glasses!

The optometrist Ashley Wright is always out of office so good luck with getting any changes same day assistance if you have a problem. They input my prescription wrong and cause a big ruckus about with me when it was due to their own error. I suggest you spend the money elsewhere, this brand is a soup sandwich.
