  I had a mixed experience here. Dr. Hayden was professional, thorough, and very kind. However, the front desk experience was disappointing. After my exam, when I decided not to buy frames in-house, I felt the mood completely changed. I asked for my Pupillary Distance (PD), and I was told it 'doesn't come with the exam' unless I purchase glasses so she just guessed and told me to 'just use 30/30' (60.0mm) without actually checking. Feels very unprofessional and unsafe for a patients eyesight. I ended up using a digital app to measure it myself twice to be sure—my actual PD is 63.0mm (31.5/31.5). The 'guess' she gave me was way off and would have caused major eye strain. It’s a bummer that store policy and hitting sales goals mattered more to her than my actual vision and safety. Go for the doctor, but be prepared for high-pressure tactics and gatekeeping of your information.

  Great experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the doctor was amazing and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt very well taken care of and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!
