- GCGiana C.Aug 15, 20265.0I was a little annoyed when I initially went in to get my new glasses readjusted that tilted on my face. I went in to explain what I needed and tried to demonstrate by sitting the glasses on the table to show how they were a little off centered. What was said to me was: “the table isn’t your face” and “I’m actually noticing your eyebrows are a little crooked so it may just look that way.” I left with them still crooked. HOWEVER, I went in the next day and NOAH was super helpful and kind! He told me that he was sorry that happened, reassured me that my glasses were in fact slanted on my face AND fixed the problem. So I won’t let Tabitha who initially “helped” me ruin the score of the other amazing and helpful workers there. Other than that, great experience with picking out glasses, the payment process and my order being delivered in a timely manner!

Dr. Tyner was very thorough making sure my prescription was accurate. Gabby gave me accurate pricing and was absolutely certain she got my pupillary distance just right. She was also friendly and helpful when it came to choosing my frames.Their prices were reasonable and I definitely left there a satisfied customer.
