- MCMina ChoeSep 2, 20265.0Intro class was amazing
- MPMarie PittlerJul 7, 20265.0Best way to exercise I've ever experienced! I look forward to my classes and leave feeling invigorated, relaxed and centered. Back pain and sciatica have truly diminished.
- LPLove of photographyApr 26, 20265.0Instructor Ms Kenyele Harrison was wonderful on a Sunday. I'm very new to Pilates and have back and neck injuries. Ms Kenyele was so patient, and helped with my form, and instructed me on how to do a stretch or form correctly. She did this with the entire class and was very hands on, which I really loved. I wish she taught more classes at the Homewood location. I'll have to go to the Riverchase location on Friday evenings to catch another class. Thank you so much Kenyele, for making my Pilates session so comfortable, and for being so patient. I really appreciate you.

I truly appreciate how welcoming and accommodating they were throughout. Thanks to Ellen for going above and beyond to help me get accustomed to Pilates. Highly recommend!
