South Baldwin Family Health Center

South Baldwin Family Health Center is a cornerstone of Franklin Primary Health Center's presence in Baldwin County. The center is especially known for its comprehensive OB/GYN services, offering expert prenatal, postpartum, and women’s health care. Thanks to a longstanding partnership with South Baldwin Regional Medical Center, babies delivered through our program receive exceptional care in a trusted hospital setting. South Baldwin Family Health Center also provides a full range of services, including adult medicine, pediatrics, radiology, HIV/AIDS testing, behavioral health, medical social work, and medication assistance. It also serves as the home of Franklin’s Healthcare for the Homeless program in Baldwin County.
