  I had a very difficult experience at Sand Dollar Dental that I feel others should be aware of. The staff overall were kind and welcoming, and I did have a positive interaction with Dr. Holly. However, my experience with Dr. Kurt was the complete opposite. During my appointment, I felt rushed, handled roughly, and at times dismissed when I showed discomfort. There were moments where I was yelled at in a way that felt unprofessional and upsetting, and physical interactions during the procedure felt more forceful than expected. At one point, my hand was pushed away while I was trying to communicate discomfort, which made the situation feel even more distressing. I left the appointment feeling extremely shaken, and the experience stayed with me for days afterward. Dental visits can already be stressful, especially for patients with anxiety, and this interaction made that significantly worse. I want to be clear that this review reflects my personal experience. While the office itself has a friendly staff, I would strongly encourage anyone who is nervous about dental visits to ask questions about who will be treating them beforehand.

  If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I had a filling done here, and it fell out in less than 30 days. During that time, I called multiple times to report ongoing pain and was repeatedly told someone would call me back—but no one ever did. When I followed up, they claimed I only called once, which is completely untrue (I have call logs to prove otherwise). This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. Not only was I left in pain, but my filling ended up falling out while I was at work, forcing me to leave early and deal with the issue elsewhere. I ultimately had to go to another dentist to fix their mistake. Between the poor quality of work and the terrible customer service, I would strongly advise others not to trust this office with their care. The photo is my filling that's supposed to be in my mouth!

  A friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The BEST dentist in town. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  I have only been once at this establishment, but in that one visit I was very comfortable with the staff and the decision we came up with on getting my new teeth. I did my do diligence on checking around and Sand Dollar Dentistry was the best for me. I will see everyone on the other side of my new venture.

  Do not go there ! Usually I don't leave bad reviews but I felt that I was treated unprofessional. The hygienist was very rude .. she was impatient .. annoyed that I was asking questions concerning my teeth . She was annoyed and rushing to get through the job . She was throwing things down instead of placing it down nicely . Plus I had insurance when I called they said that they take my insurance.. once the job was done they said they didn't take it. When I call to make a complaint they told me that there isn't a supervisor or manager there to make a complaint . Repeat do not go there . I felt humiliated how I was treated . I feel this place only care about money and not there patient.
