- JFJim FletcherMar 27, 20265.0Since a cannon demonstration at an old Fort in Savanah caused my tinnitus over 35 years, I have had my hearing tested many times. This is my third purchase of "state of the art" hearing aids. None have eliminated the tinnitus, but Miracle-Ear has seemed to help more than the others. That is a plus. Another reason is the personal touch that Morgan and Sarah gave my wife and I at our initial hearing tests. We felt comfortable the minute we walked in the door; like they were there to serve us, not sell us something. Morgan surprised me when she suggested we watch each other's exams. My wife's exam showed a slight loss, which I expected, but she was not aware of. But when she saw the graphs showing my loss, especially in higher pitches, she realized why I have a problem understanding certain words. She also explained that because of the tinnitus Joan also needs to alert me to get my attention instead of just starting to talk. Those two things have really helped our communication and eliminated a lot of our frustrations with each other. Thank you Morgan and Sarah!
