  Ok. So I never actually got to see a chiropractor from here. (They may be great.) And here’s why. First I called and had them check both my medicals. They said yes. No problems. No co pays. So then I said I want to make an apt. But want my X-rays and prior work sent down here first. So you know what has been done and why etc. the lady I talked to says, oh we don’t need any of that. We do our own. I’m like, medical history is important. You need to know what works well for somebody. So she says ok. So I tell her I will call my old chiro to see if they need a patient release of information. And they said they did. From Garrett chiro. So I call Garrett chiro back. Tell them my old place needs this. She argues with me. I said look. I don’t make the rules. They said they need it. So she said that she will email me the release. So I fill out the release and mail it to them. I asked her to call me once they get it. She says they will. Nothing. I wait two weeks and I hear nothing. So I call again. The lady tells me they never received it. So I fill it out again and email it to them this time. So then I get a email from my old chiro telling me that the fax Garrett sent was not readable. I I email my copy to my old chiro. Stuff finally gets sent to Garrett. They call me to make an apt maybe a week later. I’m sick so I can’t go. Now today, I call them to make and apt. The lady I talked to says she better check my insurance (same insurance that was checked before and ok’d) then she tells me they do take one of them. And that one has a 15$ co pay, but it dosent cover X-rays. Which will be 100$ to 120$. And those will need to be done. I said that’s not what you told me before or I wouldn’t have bothered with sending my file to you. She says. Well you’d have to pay that. I tell her, lose my file. I’m not coming there. I call my medical that she claims dosent cover X-rays and the co pay. My medical tells me she lied!! That my medical never has co pays and X-rays of course are covered. In my experience this place is bad news! The chiropractors maybe be wonderful but to many people that work there are incompetent and liars.
