  Staff is uncaring and not friendly. They will cancel your appointment with no notice and make you reschedule 3 months later and all this while you are waiting on important results from them. Oh and the appointment they rescheduled they will cancel that one too and move it back again.

  Tiffany is the best! She makes you feel comfortable, she takes time to listen to you and explain things, and will have you laughing by the time you leave. Even my teenagers enjoy going to appointments with her🩷 Some of the office policies are a bit strict/annoying, that is the only reason it's not a 5-star.

  What can I say, and where do I start? All hands were on deck! After three years of being cancer free I found a lump in my left breast, again. I was terrified. I immediately drove to the office to ask a plethera of questions. Everyone was so patient and understanding as I was trying to emotionally explain what I was experiencing. They took me in that day, on a Tuesday. They booked me an appointment to receive an ultrasound on Thursday that same week. By Friday, to my delight, I discovered that it is likely dead tissue. For those four days my world was turned upside down. My husband and I were ready to do what needed to be done again. I am so beyond grateful that he won't have to drain my tubes, help me bathe, and keep me comfortably numb. I am beyond grateful to Fairhope Family Medicine!!!!! They were right by my side for the difficult journey. Thank you to the staff at Fairhope Family Medicine!!!! I appreciate y'all!!!!

  I just had my first experience at fairhope family medicine with Dr. Andrade today and needless to say I felt so taken care of! I called YESTERDAY and expressed that I was having some health concernes and they got me in with no hassle what so ever. Every staff member I encountered was extremely genuine and caring. I love how this office has a homey feel and doesn’t feel like a clinical and hostile environment. I felt as if the Doctor and nurses truly made a point to hear my concerns and help to ease my mind! I am so happy to find a practice that I feel comfortable and confident in!!
