  I loved Dr Andrade and her staff until recently during my wellness exam. Was told that I had no copay as long as I didn’t discuss anything (to include meds I was taking). Though I thought I was due for refills, the front desk said that I could call in for those later and my wellness exam would be honored. Told the two people who completed the wellness when asked about my meds that I wasn’t going to discuss it as I was told that it wasn’t part of wellness. The PA used several obscenities and said that this was one of the things she was sick of and why she was leaving the practice and continued to discuss my meds and issues-ordering additional refills and meds. Left the appointment and later received a bill to include the copay. My insurance was billed for the wellness exam and an office visit. When I called I was referred to office manager who gave a bunch of excuses as to why the front desk told me incorrectly-that refills could no longer be called in and required an office visit to be completed. Furthermore, good luck scheduling wellness exams where it wouldnt coincide with needing refills so that this wasn’t a problem in the future, and that stating what the PA had said was “disturbing” but did not clarify or even address it. While I am okay with obscenities and she apologized profusely, I was shocked for someone working there to be vocal with the absurdity of the policies. When I told the office manager that I had a problem being told things that are not truthful, was told that it didn’t sound like this was the practice for me. Mind you I had been a patient for approximately 8 years. He later left a message saying he forgot to say “don’t worry about sending a payment”. When I went to fill a prescription that required this “office visit” that had 3 refills remaining and didn’t expire until Dec 2024-learned that the office had called my pharmacy and cancelled it. So now without meds that were ordered by their office just six weeks ago. The only thing the office didn’t get was my $30 copay. The attitude of the staff and the misinformation they provided unfortunately will cause the Dr to receive a poor rating.

  This place has gone downhill in the past year, and really hurt me and my family. If you want to go to a doctor who actually helps you and won’t judge you or waste your time go somewhere else. They are more concerned about making money than helping a patient. Instead of helping me, they suddenly stopped my anxiety medicine for no reason other than religious beliefs or moral values or something. They treated me like a criminal and a child when I asked for more. This place is terrible, please don’t waste your time.

  Excellent medical clinic. Dr. Andrade and her team actually care about their patients and spend time listening and helping. I've never felt rushed and the bedside manner is exceptional. It is obvious that they truly care about the health of their patients.

  Beware!!! The physician and staff were very professional and friendly but I would be very cautious if you are a new patient! I called ahead and made sure they took my insurance. I was seen and then charged approx. $100 and told they could not summit to my secondary insurance. A couple weeks later I got another bill for $30!! I would think they would have given the patient an estimate or at least let me know if have to pay for everything up front so I could have made an informed decision and went elsewhere.
