    Just completed the intro class with Gloria; she is lovely and the reformer is amazing. There are many class options and package options.

    Aprly is amazing instructor. She is always focused on class and adjusting as I need help. Her attitude is uplifting at 5am in the morning. Aprly makes my day start in the right direction. My daughter and I look forward to her class. Being 55+ plus starting the classes at no time have every felt out of place or bad for not knowing movements or have the strength.

    Today was my first session with no introductory class. Everyone was very accommodating. I was told my My instructor was new and they were concerned I would have trouble due to my vision problems. I honestly thought April was not the new instructor but that they replaced her with someone with greater experience. It wasn’t until after class that I learned she was new at the job. She was very helpful. Pilates was challenging for me, but certainly not because the instructor was new. Thanks Spril for all of your help.
