  10 out of 10. Setting up an appointment was easy and they didnt give a date months away. The paperwork was to the point. The service from the door, warm and inviting. My daughter was so comfortable, did not fidget and followed every instruction. The communication was top tier!

  The staff is amazing! I couldn’t ask for a better dental clinic for my daughter! From the moment we entered their office, we were greeted with smiles and kindness. Each staff member that my daughter interacted with was amazing!

  The entire staff was kind, patient, and made our little guy feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. They did an incredible job getting him fixed up, and we couldn't be happier with the care they provided. Everyone was professional, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything to us. We truly appreciate everything they did and highly recommend Bay Pediatrics Dentist to any family looking for exceptional pediatric dental care.   We had a great experience at the office. The staff was friendly, caring, and professional throughout the entire visit. They took the time to make sure my daughter felt comfortable and at ease before her procedure, which meant a lot to me. Everything was explained clearly, and the team showed genuine compassion. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this office to others.

  It’s been a while since I meant to write this review, but I had the most amazing, professional, high-quality experience here. From the moment you walk in, everything feels welcoming, the atmosphere, the staff, the energy, and the way everyone works together just gives you a real sense of care and strong teamwork. You can tell there’s a great foundation here. I was honestly nervous bringing my children because of past experiences and stories I’ve heard about kids being scared or in pain at the dentist. But all of that changed as soon as we arrived. They introduced themselves, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood every step of the process. My children felt comfortable and at ease right away. Dr. Wells was amazing, and the entire team was patient, kind, and very informative. They made sure nothing was rushed and that we were fully aware of what was happening and why. After the procedure, my biggest surprise was that my children were completely fine, no crying, no pain, just a smooth experience overall. I live almost an hour away, but I don’t mind the drive at all because the quality of care is absolutely worth it. From the front desk to the back, everyone was helpful, caring, and professional. I would definitely recommend this office to any parent looking for a place where their children will truly be in good hands.
