I recently relocated and am looking for a new dentist. What really was in my opinion poor service was that I was told there first appointment was July of next year. Yes you heard that right 10 months from now. This is 10/3/24. Although it shows high demand for their services, it also suggests a severe understaffing issue. It also seemed to me that they really don’t want new patients so why don’t they just say so. I felt compelled to advise anyone thinking about calling them of what their situation is.

They took the time to learn my history and made me feel like I was their only patient. I called in the morning and was able to get a consultation and cleaning that afternoon. I needed a filling of a broken tooth, I needed a morning appointment due to my work schedule. They where able to get me an early afternoon (so I didn’t have to miss but a hour or so)for the next day. The next morning they call to say they had a cancellation for an earlier appointment and asked if I would like to take it so I didn’t have to miss any work. ( loved that they remembered my situation with work and made and effort to help me avoid the conflict)
