- SLSteph LinJun 23, 20265.0I have seen Dr. Strunk and/or his NP 3 times and will continue seeing them. I was asked about my needs thoroughly and given treatment that suits my condition. The staff have been very kind towards me and helpful when I need to call.
- KDKate DJan 12, 20261.0This place overbooks themselves WAY too much. Clearly this Dr needs to stop taking new clients or start referring people out. When we get there and there 11 people in line waiting to check in and 20+ people in the waiting room already, your doing too much. Have an appointment for a certain time but dont get seen for 3 hours afterwards. The staff sound exhausted about it too. Being told "idk when we can see you." When we ARE booked for that day already. I warn everyone to stay away and find another route. This screams assembly line to turn out as much people as possible to make as much $ as possible. Theres no way your giving quality care. How many people are being pushed to another day? How many people are being ignored or not listened to? I love how they respond with an excuse but its like this everytime we come.
