We loved my mom's caregiver and she loved my mom. Each staff member I came in contact with was absolutely professional--courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. If our caregiver had an emergency or sickness and couldn't come at any time, Home Instead always provided an excellent substitute. It was such a relief to be able to leave the arrangements in their capable hands, and I never had to feel stressed or worried about who was going to be there for my mom.
