  I am ASTOUNDED by what I just witnessed. The incompetence, the privacy and HIPPA violations, the lack of bedside manner. I am just shocked, I would NEVER recommend this practice to anyone. I took my daughter here hoping for some guidance and to fix an issue she was having only to be told by the dr she cant do anything for us and she doesnt know how to help us. she ended up grinding her toenails down with a dremel, but instead of using a cone tip she used a disc which OBVIOUSLY was going to cut her skin. which it did and my daughter got upset and the Dr's response to literally cutting her toe was "well it's hard to do" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!!?!?!?!?! Not even an apology or even offered a bandaid. NOTHING! Also it is NOT hard to use a dremel, nail salons teach teenagers to use these all day long. thats a crap excuse and my daughter deserved better than that. Also don't expect any kind of human decency, this dr came in and didnt introduce herself or ask us anything about the problem, just started telling me about a cream that she wouldnt give my daughter. She didnt explain anything, and when I asked about her toe being inflamed and possible infection she cut me off and said it wasnt red. Unbelievably dismissive, and flat out rude. I am so disgusted with what happened. And to top it all off they wanted a $50 co-pay for cutting my daughter and telling me they didnt know how to help me. Had I known they were this incompetent, I would have saved money and taken her to get a pedicure where they at least know how to use a dremel properly! Also dont expect any privacy. There wasnt even a door on our room, and all the other rooms in the hallway had their doors open. our room was also attached to their operating room which we could hear the entire conversation the whole time. No privacy at all. This practice should honestly be shut down.

  The doctor is amazing, however the billing and insurance department is not. I was overcharged and told my Xray was not covered when in fact it was covered. I’ve been waiting on my refund since July 30 and still waiting…..

  The people here are nice, however this place is absolutely filthy. From a dead lizard in the light, splatter of some dried on liquid on the walls. Months if not years of dust everywhere. They didn't even wear gloves when touching my daughter's leaking infected toe nail. I'm so glad all they did was write a perceptions and ask us to come back. I made her an appointment somewhere else.

  This clinic is awesome. The staff and doctor are warm, courteous and kind. They also have a good sense of humor! I have been driving up from Gulf Shores to go here for at least 10 years now and its worth the trip. I always receive excellent care, prompt emergency attention when necessary, and consistent follow up. :)
