  Wonderful place, very nice people. Drove from Walker county to be seen here and it’s so peaceful and quaint. It feels very country which I love since it’s in a house instead of a traditional office which I love. They made my daughter feel at ease, before her fillings.

  Dentist did a good job. But new office policies are not on point. Made to sign a paper saying how much you are going to have to pay before work begins. They have also started a 3.75% fee to use a card. I almost felt bullied about payment despite the fact that I have great high option insurance and always pay my co-pay. I think they provide service to people that don’t have insurance (and don’t speak English) so maybe the new policies are to supplement those patients…and that is not a good way to do business. I have noted that they are expanding their business and are paying really good money for someone who speaks Spanish to work in the new office. So someone must be paying decent money for that dental care. I can’t help but wonder exactly who is paying? I am seriously considering moving my dental care to another practice. When I mentioned how I felt I was told they hired a “consultant”. Well whatever they paid that consultant may have cost them my business.

  I enjoy coming here, mainly because they make my young kids feel comfortable and I don’t need to worry about them getting scared. We’re always in and out super quick, and the front desk staff are always really kind.
