  I avoided the dentist for years because I was made to feel embarrassed about my teeth. Not here! They are amazing, everyone was so nice, made me feel comfortable, and then did great work to get my teeth fixed. I would recommend 100%!

  I called at 3 different times before I finally spoke with someone on a Monday morning trying to get an appointment. I did get an appointment for the following Wednesday which was in a timely manner. I asked if I could get some antibiotics before my appointment but the receptionist (Ginger) said no he will have to see you first. I do have mitral valve prolapse which suggests you take an antibiotic prior to any dental work being done. She never checked to see and was very short on the phone conversation. I was seen today for a brief exam and a couple x-rays taken then referred to an Endodontics in Gadsden Al, for retreatment on the same tooth they did a root canal on. I have been in pain on and off with the tooth they "repaired" and have been back several times due to this. My appointment with the Endodontics is 2 weeks away and when I asked for prescription medicine to help with the tooth pain I was denied again and told to take Advil or Tylenol by the receptionist stating "the doctor does not like to give pain medicine." I'm confused on what your suppose to do when your having severe tooth pain and your dentist supposedly doesn't give prescriptions for medicine. I'm very frustrated with how my appointment went today.
