So we chatted about 1-2 min and I asked if there was a cost for the consult. He said $1,700, I asked $1,700 for the consult? He replied for the system, are you ok with that. You said, I can’t do $1700 at the moment. He said “ok” and just got up. He seemed bothered and I was confused cause he didn’t dismiss himself or even offer to complete the consult and give me the option to return if I changed my mind, not even a thank you for coming in, we’ll be here if you need us in the future. He just got up and walked away. My friend that accompanied me and I actually walked through the parking lot laughing cause the lack of customer care caught us off guard. 🤦🏻♀️
