Each patient that attends class not only learns key skills in order to manage their diabetes, but also receives a free diabetic monitoring device.
This company repeatedly sent bills for equipment never received. Attempts to resolve issue were futile because company was unable to provide records or have a supervisor contact us to discuss issue. Ended up having to file a fraud report with Medicare. terrible company to do business with.

Terrible! I’ve been waiting weeks for then to certify my insurance Zane send my equipment or. The insurance was verified and they still have yet to return any calls or mail out equipment. Just a diabetic sitting here not able to check my sugar levels because people there are not doing their job! I can’t speak to any body in management! Very poor customer service

This use to be one of the best places in Memphis. Had a great Diabetic Educator and great staff. NOT ANY Longer I called, I was talking with a guy who went to look in the warehouse 10 minutes later he hung up on me. I called back and the next guy hung up on me, The third guy was helpful but was clueless. He wanted me to talk to the pharmacy. Im buying needles. while was trying to get what I needed my wife found and ordered them from a different company. DO NOT Waste your time here. Look somewhere else. These people are completely CLUELESS

They (Jason) consistently mails my spouses medication late. Once again she is going to run out and will have to straighten it out tomorrow. One of several trips to get her medication.
This is not a pharmacy, it's a zoo. Nobody can seem to get the meds out on time. This is a mail Zoo, not a professional pharmacy. How hard can it be to get the meds out to the patients on time. Total lack of professional conduct and caring about their jobs!!! I am going to contact all stare and government entities and report their massive shortcomings and a total lack to correct the problem and take care of their patients.
