I was buying a pair of glasses for a gift. I was told they were buy one get one 50%. I told them I would buy my friends glasses so I could get mine 50% since I had a prescription to get. My friend was supposed to pay for her prescription. They gave the discount to her with leaving me to pay full price for mine with the prescription. I decided not to purchase from them afterwards due to them being dishonest. Needless to say they in fact lost money because I didn't purchase the 2nd one as planned. Customer service and lost sales go a long way.
