  Eyemart Express, while they're fast, they are not necessarily cheap. After presenting my insurance, I didn't see any deductions but the insurance would be billed over 300 $ for some basic plastic safety glasses that my prescription was put into. While I'm happy I only paid a small amount, my point is how eyewear places are rarely ever low priced. I would've had to foot the total amount if I weren't covered.

  They were all wonderful at getting my 7 year old fixed up with a pair of glasses that won’t be as easy to break, (why we came in). We were able to get one pair of their $19.99 option glasses free by using our VSP insurance, which I was thankful they were in network for. Dee worked with us beautifully to get my son’s glasses made in 6 minutes for the first pair and 11 minutes for the second pair so that we could make it to Volleyball practice on time. It was 100% worth the drive from Pell City to get so many great options, exceptional customer service and the incredibly fast service we received. My son and I are much happier with these options than the ones we had to replace from a different practice. Next year, we will all have our exams here and take advantage of a free backup pair, especially for my children!!! Do not hesitate to come here and I’m thankful my Step-Dad recommended them to me after he had a great experience as well. Thank you, Eyemart Express, Dee, for being so kind, professional, helpful and patient, and the lab for being fast, but accurate as well. We love Eyemart Express Trussville!! *I’d like to add that nobody even asked me to write a review, but I felt the service was so exceptional that they deserved to be bragged on.*

  I was in desperate need of new glasses (due to my carelessness). Not only were they able to accommodate me but the gave me a tremendous deal and accomplished it within an hour! I love my new glasses!

  I have been going to get my glasses from Eyemart Express I know for at least five years. They are the best. The ladies are professional and help you with your purchase and fit. I had a budget and they always kept me within my budget price. I never had a problems with my glasses and could always take them back if needed. Kudos 👏👏👏👏👏to Eyemart Trussville Gadsden Hy

  This was our 1st time ever at Eyemart Express. My son needed glasses and Cheryl made the experience exceptionally in selecting glasses and service. Not only did we find his glasses but we got 2 pair and picked them up the same day within 30 minutes. The whole experience was an eye opener and we will be returning for all our eye care needs. If you want superb service, fast return on receiving your glasses, a nice selection to choose from and the price is very reasonable this is the store to visit. See Cheryl for all your eye care needs. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!
