  Beware. I purchased 3 pairs of eye ware from this company. My last pair was a pair of sunglasses. These sunglass lenses were thick, heavy and uncomfortable to wear. I went to return them. I was informed if I returned these for a refund I would not be able to purchase from them again! Really??? This is your return policy? I returned the glasses and purchased from Yesglasses. Not only were my lenses not 1/2” thick they were $213 less. Sadly I will not be returning to this store. Poor customer service.

  Three years ago, this place was great. The exam and the assistants were awesome. My insurance changed so I had to move. They now accept the insurance I currently have. We are a family of three. I called to today to setup the exam and they told me they only schedule two family members at a time. That makes no sense. That's an inconvenience to the parents and very inconsiderate. So, I would have to take two days off for one exam that could all be done at one time. I will be going somewhere that is family friendly and understanding of others time.

  My experience there was not the best at all.I came to get two pair of progressive frames.I spoke to Ms.Kimberly earlier about checking my measurements to make sure they were correct.Once I got there Dee said "What’s wrong with your glasses now you come to the store more than anyone I know and I said why does that matter to you?” mind you I didn’t come to see her rude self.Her energy is always so negative.No one should have to feel uncomfortable when entering a store for help with a item they purchased.While Ms.Kim was helping me she informed me not to allow her to make me feel like I can’t come to the store but hopefully I don’t have to come back no time soon but if I do I hope she’s there since she’s bothered !

  Dee was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great quality and prices. I have already recommended Eyemart to a friend of mine and will be telling my family and other friends to ask for Dee. They get busy so go in the morning. Wonderful to have sunglasses at such a reasonable price.
