I took a strength class with EP yesterday, and it truly blew me away. As a former fitness instructor, I care so deeply about how someone coaches form and uses helpful talking points. Each instructor does such a good job with these, along with making all clients feel welcome. Will always keep coming back!

I’ve been particularly surprised at how sore I am after the b3 strength workouts! I like that the workouts are hard but low impact and include stretching & breathwork. You have to wear grippy socks to class. Overall I would recommend this studio!
