  I love working out here! They do such a good job helping new people learn the workouts, and I love all of the teachers! Each class is different and always a great workout!

  barre3 signature & strength classes provide a great balance of cardio, stretching, & muscle-building exercises that make the classes very effective & fun! No matter what other workouts I am doing or have done in the past, these classes are very challenging for all of my muscle groups. The instructors are amazing. Everything is so clean & organized. Always so sore after these, too.

  I was so excited to see a strength class added to the schedule! B3 strength 45 with Caroline was fantastic. This class is great whether you regularly do strength training or have never picked up a weight because the instructors prioritize safety and listening to your body. There are endless options of weights to select from and you are encouraged to grab multiple options and make adjustments during class, as needed. It is so refreshing to be encouraged to challenge yourself when you're feeling great or to be gentle with yourself when you're not. That is the type of balanced mindset that encourages movement for life. Love this place and love these people.

  This is such a great workout in a really great location/studio. Very challenging but also great for a beginner. I love all the different class time options they offer as well. Highly recommend signing up!
