  I have never had an issue with this place before. I've been coming for a few years and today it was awful. I called before I came because it is a drive for me and I thought I was speaking to a manager after the someone else was put on the phone. A week ago I got my frames replaced because they broke. I got a year warranty and wasn't expecting to have to use it. I go to grab my glasses out of the case and they break as soon as I open them to put them on. The ear piece had pulled out from the socket by the physical frame and I called ahead of time to see if they could replace them. I was told that I could come in and get them replaced or choose a different frame either same price or cheaper or pay the difference. When I arrived I was told that the person I spoke to was a "lab manager" and he didn't know much. Then proceeded to tell me that the general manager would not answer the phone nor text on off days. I would have to commute back tomorrow if I wanted anything else done. So therefore I had to use my warranty up on frames that continue to break.

  If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I jumped into Lake Martin with my glasses on and didn't have a back up pair. I called before we made the drive, and they were so friendly. I arrived and got immediate assistance, picked out my glasses, and they were ready in 33 minutes. They also gave me a tip on getting a coupon, so the price was very reasonable.

  I’m very happy with the service I received at the Auburn store yesterday my Eyewear Expert was a nice lady name Sandra very professional and great customer service it really felt good and made my day

  Rebecca was amazing! She just started about a week prior to me coming in and was very kind and helpful. She had a name tag on that said “Trainee” instead of her actual name. Even though she is new and in training, she should have a name tag with her actual name on it. I feel like it is demoralizing to do this to a new employee being referred to as “trainee” instead of their first name. Overall the experience was great at this store and Kylie and Rebecca made it even better!
