    Rebecca was amazing! She just started about a week prior to me coming in and was very kind and helpful. She had a name tag on that said “Trainee” instead of her actual name. Even though she is new and in training, she should have a name tag with her actual name on it. I feel like it is demoralizing to do this to a new employee being referred to as “trainee” instead of their first name. Overall the experience was great at this store and Kylie and Rebecca made it even better!

    My mom was on the phone with me while being helped and her kindness prompted me to want to leave a review all the way from Atlanta. Mrs Sandra was so nice and patient while assisting my mom and brother as he needed glasses today. She took her name I could hear her, she was very informative and went above and beyond while helping them. Thank you Mrs Sandra❤️❤️❤️

    I had an appointment at Eye Express at 11:30 AM and, as a first-time patient, I was unfamiliar with their check-in process. I arrived on time for my appointment and was directed by an employee to sit and wait, with the comment that someone would be with me shortly. The employee did not ask why I was there or whether I had an appointment. I followed those instructions and waited for approximately 15 minutes. Another staff member then approached me and informed me that patients with appointments needed to check in at the optometry section. When I went there, the receptionist told me that because I was now 15 minutes late my appointment would have to be rescheduled. This was extremely frustrating because I was physically present in the office on time and only became “late” because I followed the instructions given by their staff. Despite the misunderstanding being caused by their own employees, there was no effort to accommodate me and no acknowledgment of the mistake. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service was highly unprofessional. First impressions matter and unfortunately my experience at Eye Express was very disappointing and as a result they have lost a new potential customer. RESPONSE: While I understand that the optometrist is an independent provider, my concern is with the experience I received upon entering Eye Express. I was instructed by your staff to sit and wait without being asked the purpose of my visit. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I was then directed to the optometry section, where I was informed that I was late and my appointment would need to be rescheduled. The issue is not that I arrived late—I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment. The delay resulted from being directed by Eye Express staff to wait in the wrong area. I was disappointed that no effort was made to acknowledge this mistake, apologize for the inconvenience, or attempt to accommodate me despite the circumstances. I hope this feedback can be shared with the appropriate management team so that future patients, especially first-time visitors, are properly guided upon arrival and do not experience a similar situation

    Their Store hours online are incorrect. I was here at 9:30 this morning. They informed me that they are trying to get it fixed. They don’t know what happened or how they got changed! Madison & Sandra were very sweet during my visit I come here every year for my glasses and will always be a returning customer.
