  I recently purchased glasses at another location that were not working for me. I reached out to the store in the Auburn mall and was impressed with the service over the phone. So today, I went there to see about replacing my glasses. I was so impressed with the customer service. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! If you need Glasses look no further!

  Had a wonderful experience! I was given the time to look for what I truly wanted, Kayleigh made me feel comfortable and helped me with a final choosing since im indecisive lol!   Great customer service / experience. Employees were knowledgable of their products and services, making the most of your time being efficient while being kind... Very hard to do. I really appreciated the ease of the process and Ms. Sandra / other associates making the most of my time. Would highly recommend.
