An invitation from the local Miracle Ear came in the mail and I thought, why not? I was so pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. The staff helped me feel at ease from the time I entered, throughout the thorough testing, explanation of the results and my options. I learned a lot. Kim asked questions, listened intently and explained the results of the tests Christina conducted. Everyone was professional and yet personable. I highly recommend this office if you want your hearing tested. Outstanding team.
