  After going through 8 different specialists for my sleep apnea, I finally found a team that took the time to really listen. Dr. Harrell and his staff were attentive, answered my questions, and helped me get a custom sleep appliance that is comfortable and easy to wear. The difference it has made has been incredible. I'm thankful for their care and would highly recommend Harrell Orthodontics Dental Sleep Medicine & TMJ to anyone looking for real solutions.

  I have been trying to get back a refund from where my insurance plan paid, and it has been almost a year, and so far, I have only received half of the refund and a bounced check .I have tried calling over a hundred times, and the only response I get is that he's running an errand ,with a patient, on Zoom call, and the list keeps getting longer . The treatment itself is awesome,I just think I shouldn't have to call constantly to no avail

  They would rather charge a $200 "CONSULTATION FEE" than help someone out who is in extreme TMJ pain. They told me everything would be covered under insurance except their fee, and I asked if that's just something they charge, and she said yes. Her excuse: The doctor has to do all these scans and spend all this time with you, so you have to pay the doctor for his "time". Squeeze your patients for every dollar they have, you clearly need it more than your patients need help. Edit: I'm not calling you guys. The women in the front saw I was in pain, saw that I was crying and heard me tell them I couldn't afford a "consultation fee" that no one told me about the 3-4 times I spoke with someone over the phone.... I found another Dr who cares more about their patients than just making easy money. I couldn't eat for two weeks straight, but thank you for caring now that it's too late.
