  I've been to many, many chiropractors in Alaska and on the East Coast! Dr. Ken is hands down the absolute BEST- he explains what is going on and adhering to his plan and exercises gives maximum results in the shortest period! Highly tecommend!

  I was excruciating, lower back and right hip pain. A two-week wait for an appointment to see my doctor was unthinkable. Hoping for some immediate relief, I scheduled an appointment with Back and Neck Pain for a massage. My masseuse was Ali. Ali was phenomenal. I could only tolerate the lightest of touch. Ali's magic hands quickly found the right touch. There was no immediate change, but later that afternoon, full relief kicked in and the pain was gone. Right hip still felt a bit tight, but there was no pain. Ali is very professional, yet friendly. She took the time to assess what what my problem was and worked with me to deliver just the right amount of pressure. She solved my problem. I will be going back for preventative massages.

  I super recommend checking this place out if you or someone you know is struggling with joint pain, bone pain, please do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment. I have been met with a friendly atmosphere, kind employees and results that I can see and feel. 3 appointments in and I’m feeling like a new human. Highly recommend Neck and Back Center 💯

  Today is, 22 April 2026. I started seeing Dr. Casey Dycus on 14 April 2026 for extreme lower back, mid-back, shoulders, and neck pain. I had a chronic daily headache (2 months) with no relief, along with constant high-pitch ringing in both ears. After three treatments, my headaches and back pain were reduced enough to allow me to sleep 5 hours straight. I appreciate that Dr. Dycus was willing to use the Activator Adjuster, as my body is highly sensitive to manual manipulation. The office staff is great. Respectful, patient, coordinated, efficient, and helpful. Massage Therapy is an added bonus and the therapist coordinate with the doctor to ensure the right techniques are being used. The center is clean and well organized. The building is easy to find, with plenty of parking.
