I used their eye clinic and had a wonderful experience. The staff was pleasant and professional. My appointment was thorough and on time. I appreciated that they were able to help me pick out new glasses and the prices were reasonable. This will definitely be my clinic of choice.

Zach in PT seamlessly blended active listening, information gathering, education, humor and genuine care. It's only been 2 days and I am already feeling an improvement in my symptoms from the tailored exercises he prescribed!

I have severe foot pain and have been calling every day to get a referral to a physical therapist through the VA and it seems that I might need to change providers before this can actually happen. They sent one for my lower back instead of foot, now im trying to get a referral sent again for my foot. If your a veteran I dont recommend PCHS you will be in pain for a long time before you ever get a referral sent to the VA.

I am normally very happy with PCHS but after today I may go elsewhere. I had a 3pm appointment, got there at 245. Was in so much pain I was literally crying, begging them to help me. She checked me and told me to sit in lobby, the pain was so bad I couldn't walk. Left me there crying for 20 minutes. Finally my husband asked how soon before I was seen, they said I was next. I was not next and 4 other people got called back. By 315 I could no longer handle the pain and my husband rushed me to ER where I was able to get help. Not 1 person acknowledged my condition, they didn't speak to me, tell me how much more of a wait I would have, or anything. I was absolutely humiliated sitting in the lobby, in pain crying and not 1 staff attempted to communicate or do something to help. I would've been grateful for anything
