  Threatened to go through ocs to get my child treatment at the north star care facility which already has terrible reviews and experiences after dealing with my childs suicide attempt instead of talking to me like a human being whos already in a difficult situation. I had no intention of going against medical advice but to immediately threaten me was completely uncalled for

  My physical therapist, Zach, can fix whatever is wrong and he does it carefully and it provides lasting relief- But more than that, Zach teaches me what went wrong and he takes the extra time to make sure I understand so that I can feel better longer. Additionally, Zach gives me easy to remember and simple to do exercises that put me back in full working order so that I can do not just functional things that I need to do to make my life work again but that I can do the things that bring me joy and are fulfilling to my life: like hiking and playing with the children and fixing things myself… Working with PCHS to get Zach’s professional and excellence-guided care is easy because PCHS works with me when I run out of covered sessions or have to meet my deductible. They help me set up a payment plan that doesn’t force me to choose between turning down the heat and getting help managing my pain without pills. That’s powerful help when you need it most. I unreservedly recommend Zach and PCHS for all your physical therapy needs!

  I just came running back to PCHS because I needed someone’s help to possibly look for something, I signed back in, and they already have my records from 4 years ago. Thank you.

  Will never be coming back. Had a 430p appointment, I scheduled weeks before. Got there at 430 for my appointment the front desk then told me I was late for my appointment and I needed to reschedule because of paperwork needing to be filled out and that I needed to be there 15 minutes before the appointment. After telling me that she proceeded to hand me paperwork to fill out. She wanted me to fill out paperwork for an appointment she wouldn’t allow me to be seen for! Even though I was on time. If you want people there 15 minutes earlier then they should have scheduled me for 415. I drove an hour from cooper landing through July sockeye traffic just for my time to be wasted! Don’t waste your time with them like I did!

  Had to set up a new dentist after moving here, these guy were very nice easy going and professional
