  I have been going to the Bentley Mall GNC for a few years, but I have been going to a GNC store for over 30 years, and in all honesty and complete transparency, this is the best GNC I have ever been to. Reason being is Noah and Emma! Those 2 are the kindest, most patient and most helpful people i have ever met, not just at GNC but at any customer service place I have been!!!! I am thankful I had them in my life even though it was brief, I will be leaving Fairbanks for good, but I will never forget those 2! Whoever owns this GNC is blessed to have a manager like Noah and a future manager like Emma!!!

  This location SUCKS. I have been to this location 3 times and each time they are closed. The hours listed on the website needs to be updated, it states they close at 9PM which is total B.S.. I went to this location today 11/26/2021 around 6pm and they were closed due to staffing issues. However, you can clearly see someone in the back office, and not responding when I said “hello” very loudly. How irritating to drive in negative degree weather to a store that is closed early due to the inability of updating a website. YOU SHOULD UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION. I never go to this location again🤬.

  Went there and got there 10 minutes before their closing time to find out they were already closed. The “manager” said that when they don’t have customers that corporate says they can close early. Even though I had hustled to get there before 7. His advice was to call next time and let them know I was coming!
