  I had an excellent experience with Dr. Rodriguez and the entire clinic staff. Dr. Rodriguez was professional, kind, attentive, and thorough. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the excellent care and the respect they showed me. I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez and this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding dermatological care.

  I was very impressed with Dr. Rodriguez. She was kind, knowledgable, and attentive to my questions and needs. I needed a biopsy and she explained the procedure, prescribed some medications and asked me to make a follow up appt.

  I am a new patient at Miller Dermatology, and I must say that I was more than impressed with both the staff and Dr. Rodriguez! Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Rodriguez was wonderful, and I truly appreciated the care and attention I received. I am so happy I chose Miller Dermatology and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dermatological care!

  I am very disappointed with how my appointment today was handled. As a patient with a high-deductible plan, I requested to pay the clinic's standard out-of-pocket self-pay rate. The staff refused and canceled my appointment right on the spot, stating they could not offer self-pay to insured patients due to their contracts. What the clinic should have done is honor my federal HIPAA right to restrict disclosures to my insurance company (under 45 CFR § 164.522(a)(1)(vi)). Federal law explicitly allows insured patients to pay entirely out-of-pocket upfront, and it legally overrides their commercial insurance contracts. I wish management would properly train their front-desk staff on federal healthcare compliance so future patients aren't improperly denied medical care over basic billing workflows.

  I have NEVER been seen on time since Cristi Froiland left this place. I always wait over 30 to 40 minutes over my appointment time. You also have to pay for street parking. The last time I went I paid for an hour of parking even though I should only have needed maybe 40 minutes and I still ended up getting a parking ticket because I was seen so late by the provider. The office refused to pay for my parking ticket or to compensate the delayed appointment. I love how all these offices charge you if you are even five minutes late but they don’t take any responsibility for when they are late. They still charge full price! Ruth is very nice and knowledgeable but that is not enough of a draw for a location that can’t run their schedule correctly and have no respect for your time or money. It was never like this when Christi Froiland was there. She is wonderful and I plan to change to AVANTE Dermatology just so I can see her again.
