  It took three visits and two remakes to get my glasses, and I still can’t read properly with them. The first pair was missing the reading portion, and I had to pay extra to have it added. When the remade glasses didn’t work, they retested my eyes, changed the prescription, and remade them again. The latest pair seemed better initially, but comparing my old and new glasses one eye at a time revealed that my right eye sees more clearly with my old glasses. With the new pair, vision in that eye is blurred and appears doubled. After the additional cost, visits, and waiting, I’m disappointed that I still don’t have glasses I can comfortably use.

  If you wear glasses you MUST stop by and see Gino!! He is absolutely wonderful to work with. He straightened up 5 pairs of glasses for my husband and I. He is super professional and doesn’t stop until your glasses look and feel just right. Bonus points for even cleaning each pair even though I was wearing my contacts.

  I went in last weekend to have our eyes checked, and I have to say that the optometrist was amazing! The entire team was friendly, professional, and did a great job during our appointments.I was very happy with the eye exam and the service we received. The only reason I’m giving this experience a lower rating is because of my experience purchasing glasses. I found two pairs of frames that I really loved, and the pair I preferred was $306 for the frames. We have vision insurance and, of course, wanted to use it toward the glasses. The gentleman assisting me told us that our insurance would barely cover the glasses and that it would be better to use the store’s discount instead. The total he quoted me was $381.00 after discounts. That amount seemed unusual to me, especially since we have insurance, so I decided not to purchase the glasses that day. When I got home, I went online to LensCrafters and selected the exact same frames. I entered my insurance information, and the frames came out to only $4.06 with my insurance. After adding lens options, blue-light protection, and shipping, my total for the complete pair of glasses was about $59. The insurance covered the rest. I’m not saying that the representative at the store intentionally gave me the wrong price or that the quote was incorrect based on the store’s pricing and discounts. However, I do feel that customers should be given clearer information about how their insurance benefits can be applied, especially when the difference can be so significant. If I had not taken the time to check online and compare the pricing using my insurance, I would have paid approximately $322 more than what I ultimately paid online for the same frames and glasses. I really liked the optometrist and the rest of the team, and I hope the store can look into how insurance benefits and pricing are explained to customers. The experience could have been excellent from start to finish with better transparency about the insurance options. I received the glasses today via UPS. They are perfect!

  In my 25 years of wearing glasses and contacts, I have never experienced such poor service. After my employer switched vision insurance, I was unable to use my usual provider, so I chose the LensCrafters at the Diamond Center based on their ratings. BIG MISTAKE!!! I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban Meta glasses in early June, with a promised turnaround time of 7 to 10 business days. At the seven-day mark, I received a text stating there was a delay, but no further communication was provided. Since then, my experience has been a series of broken promises and a total lack of accountability: * Failure to Communicate: I had to initiate every update. When I reached out two weeks later, an associate named Gino promised a follow-up call the next day, which never happened. * Misinformation: A week later, the assistant manager told me my glasses were being boxed and would arrive by July 22nd. That date passed with no communication or glasses. * Ongoing Delays: Two weeks after that, the store manager, Jeremy, claimed there was a manufacturing issue involving "oil, gas, and carbon" and that parts were on backorder. He could not provide an estimated arrival date. * Refund Negligence: After 2.5 months of waiting, I requested an immediate refund. Again, I heard nothing. I had to contact the corporate office to initiate the process. Only after I involved corporate did the store reach out, suddenly urgent to "resolve" the issue. * Current Status: As of September 16th, I am now being told that my refund will take another two weeks to arrive via check, despite the fact that my original payment was processed instantly via card. Beyond the logistical failures, I cannot recommend this location or their associated eye doctor. The purpose of visiting an eye doctor is to have a seamless, all-in-one experience. It is unacceptable to have to visit multiple clinics or make endless trips just to get the service you paid for. This experience has been completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this LensCrafters location; save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
