He adjusted my absolutely wrecked glasses and made them straight again! He and the LensCrafters as Dimond were phenomenal and I got the best service here compared to anywhere else even its partner location on Muldoon Road. Best part? IT WAS COMPLETELY FREE! Honestly this will be my new go-to spot for glasses check ins. Thank you LensCrafters and Gino for your amazing help ☺️

He took the time to make sure everything fit perfectly. The most amazing part? I actually bought these sunglasses from a different store in the same mall, but Gino still provided top-notch service and didn't even charge me for it. Truly outstanding customer service. They have to fit well and not slide down my nose because as an archaeologist, I see for a living and my head is normally facing down where gravity does her best.
