- AMAmanda MiddletonAug 12, 20261.0Horrible staff, absolutely rude. The tech seems like she hates her job and her life. No one is friendly, no one smiles. I would ask questions about insurance pricing and my kids prescriptions and it was almost like I was bothering them and how dare I not know anything. I couldn’t remember if my son got his eyes dilated at his last appointment so I asked him if he remembered and Dr. Tran rudely interrupted me said that it was my responsibility to know that, not my son. I was defensive and said I have three other children, he would remember better if he got drops in his eyes and also how rude she was to have said that to me.
