  I lost my specs in the Gale and wanted a replacement and wanted it fast. The employee was professional and let me walk out with a new pair of lenses in 10 mins. The other place did not have the lenses in stock and was charging me $160 more for the same pair

  Been here maybe 4-5 times and got same day glasses every single time. Today I got some really nice Prescription sunglasses that I’ve already gotten compliments on. It only took them 24 minutes to make my glasses from the time I left the store. I’ll definitely be back to this place; high recommend.

  Stopped by about 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday 3/31/26 to get new eye glasses. The little store was packed full of customers and with a staff that appeared to be four it looked like it would be a long wait. There was no order to the crowd, three or four had formed a line while others sat waiting for help and a few were trying on frames. No one spoke to me and I left after about five minutes. Very disappointed. Later, left messages on Eyemart Express Customer care line in response to owners request "to make this right" and received NO reply. On 4/7 around 2:30 p.m. I returned and got immediate help in choosing new frames and options for me new glasses. It seemed to go well...until I got home and checked my receipt to find a $49.95 charge for "ExpressCare+ 1st Pr Ultra XHD (Valid one year)." I did not order this nor do I recall my sales person mentioning it. I called the store and requested this item be cancelled but was told I could not cancel this due to the type lens I was getting. Disgusted with this mess I cancelled my complete order. I do not like the sneaky way I was billed for something I did not want and was not made aware of. I won't be back a third time and just hope I get my credit card transaction voided as they promised. added on 4/27/26: Just found out Eyemart Express went ahead and filed a claim with my medical insurance for the glasses that they cancelled for me. Aetna sent them $228.22 on 4/20/26. Either they are crooked or very sloppy but regardless Eyemart Ex. has "stolen" my insurance benefits and I have reported them to the Insurer and their so call " customer care." Watch out for these predatory sharpies. SAD
