  The medical staff and Dr. Coplin were great during our visit. Their billing department is terrible and needs some serious customer service skills. We will not be returning as patients due to this. Good luck and hopefully you don’t get surprised by a large bill like we were. They said they were in network when they weren’t. We’re even being charged more than our insurance EOB says we owe and no one can explain why.

  I always have a great experience at Alaska Dentistry for Kids! They always take such great care of us. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

  My children absolutely love going to the dentist thanks to Dr. Coplin and staff. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the team and the office are. They truly go above and beyond to make kids feel comfortable and excited about their dental care. Highly recommend to any parent!

  We have an 18 year old Autistic child and needless to say, we have been to hundreds of doctor appointments. They exceeded our high expectations and we would recommend them to anyone who has a special needs kiddos.

  We had an amazing experience! My 7-year-old son was pretty nervous about going to the dentist, but the staff made him feel comfortable right away. They were patient, kind, and explained everything in a way he could understand. The whole visit was smooth, and he left smiling. We’re so grateful for such a positive experience—highly recommend!
