  My experience at Resilient Dental Lounge was truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, relaxing, and very professional. The team took their time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and confident about my care. It is refreshing to experience such excellent service in a place where the staff genuinely cares about their patients. This will definitely be my new location for all of my dental services, and I will absolutely be referring my friends and family here. It is also inspiring to see a Black-owned and operated business thriving and providing such outstanding care for the community and for everyone who walks through their doors. Seeing businesses like this succeed truly makes my heart smile.   This office was lovely. All staff were welcoming, caring, professional, and friendly for our 2 year old son. Dr. DeMarquis Loyd will definitely become our family dentist. 10/10 experience.

  I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Lloyd and the entire team! This office came highly recommended by a dear friend, and honestly — it exceeded every expectation. I was so impressed that I even changed my insurance plan just to be seen here, and it was absolutely worth it. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Everyone is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, which makes a huge difference, especially if you’re someone who gets nervous about dental visits. It’s rare to find a dental office where the level of service, warmth, and expertise all come together so perfectly. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend this team enough!

  Welcomed by my name as soon as I walked into office. Reception area clean and inviting. All of the staff were informative and gentle. Dr. Loyd was very informative, I didn’t feel rushed. I will return . If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place.

  If you're nervous about going to the dentist like I am, then this is 100% the place to go! The most attentive, kind, courteous, and informative staff ever. The atmosphere is immediately comforting, and it really seems like everyone has fun working here. Absolutely everyone, the front desk staff, the dental assistants, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Loyd were so welcoming and professional from the second I walked through the door. I can't thank y'all enough for being so transparent and reassuring, I really wish I'd come sooner!
