- CMChristopher MccarrollFeb 7, 20261.0I fill my chronic pain. Patches every month at heb. I just had surgery and now im on chemo and the pharmacist manager becky woodway texas tells me well yea your gunna have withdrawals sorry I cannot fill without proper diagnosis when it says it on the box. Also have level 3 Autism and can barely speak. Had a violent meltdown because of what she told me like she enjoyed it. If you take control substance for chronic conditions like I do " I IMPLORE YOU BECAUSE IM A HUMAN THAT LOVES AND CARES ABOUT EVERYBODY. THEY ALWAYS FIND OR WILL FIND A REASON NOT TO FILL YOUR CHRONIC PAIN MEDS. EVERY MONTH THEY DO THIS TO ME. DO NOT FILL HERE IF YOU RELY ON PAIN MEDS AROUND THE CLOCK". THE Absolute worst pharmacy call in my entire life. Totally shut down now because of how insanely rude she was tk me basically telling me im gunna die. They also very judgmental and will think your a druggie if u get pain drugs hell even lyrica is a problem to fill. I wish I had recorded the call. Very traumatic experience. Wish everyone the best. - MSM SDec 29, 20251.0Please, if the customer service button isn't to be pushed in the drive- thru as instructed, cover it. The partners name isn't on the receipt (brown hair, parted down the middle I beleive. This occurred 12/29/25 approx. 3:15pm). I was greeted with "I'm looking right at you, you didn't need to push the button". Unfortunately, my day isn't spent looking at people and not greeting them to prevent the rudeness that came out of her then and throughout the remainder of the transaction. It was unnecessary and not customer friendly at all.
