They don’t wait to make sure you are done talking and you have to press help button again and again so you can finish. I even had her argue with me one day. The customer service is seriously lacking.
- HGHector GonzalezJun 20, 20251.0I honestly Love shopping at HEB but when it comes to the Pharmecy I hate the service they provide, they take forever to serve customers lines are always long either inside or drive thru. Walgreens can have my medicine ready in couple of hours. HEB take 1 to 2 days

The two Times I have been at this pharmacy, they’ve made an error, which is only human, and not had the decency to stop and look in the eye and say hey I’m sorry we messed up. I moved to Circle Drug, A few months ago, decided to come back and try HEB one more time. Done now… they just don’t care
