With long black hair and black glasses!! I was already in line but since it was a new purchase instead of a repair; she told me I had to get out of line and sign back in!! Very unprofessional will be my last time at this location been a customer for years!! I went to a different location received excellent customer service and much faster!!

The general manager was extremely rude to customers who were patiently waiting in the store and seemed more focused on answering phone calls and assisting people who weren’t even present. In-store customers were clearly not a priority, which made the overall experience very disappointing.
- RMRachel MartinezDec 21, 20255.0Alex was amazing with us and patient with my granddaughter but how ever there was a girl there that was very rude with curly hair she shooshed us out the way while we were looking at glasses and told us to move over because her customer needed to look for glasses as well mind you her customer got mad when she did that as well and told us don’t even worry about it keep looking and was so confused as to why she acted like that towards us, but overall the customer service was great with Alex.
