  Best pharmacy ever. Jasmine G. and the entire team have been doing an excellent job. Willis Pharmacy has been my pharmacy since they opened, and I will not go anywhere else.

  The first impression of a company is the person who answers the phone. The pharmacist, not clerk, who answered the phone made it abundantly clear that she is overworked, way too busy to have to talk to me and in a bad mood. She might as well answered the phone by saying, “WHAT DO YOU WANT?” I called on 1/16/2025 to let them know I would not pick up a script they texted me was due to be filled but was not ready. Thinking I would save them the trouble I called to let them know. A rude sullen person was what met me. Bad bad bad customer service.

  I wanted to mention first and foremost that no pharmacy is perfect and comes with its own set of challenges. We have used the pharmacy for many years. Not using our insurance bc it is way more expensive than Good RX and organizations such as these. Disheartning to say the least. We have all felt it! Premiums up with less coverage and more oop expense. Ok- cut to the chase.. For the past three years we have been using Kroger again for some of our medications. They have always been on time or earlier than expected. I have received a courtesy text every time when it's ready with the price included. I want to salute Ya Ya bc she is always courteous and takes time to get what we need the first time! Thank you Ya Ya first contact, verification, prescription giving woman! Have yourself a beer, not a Bud light. Lol -Angie
