Since then we’ve noticed this H‑E‑B consistently has 2-3 pharmacists filling RX, a designated window person, and two people at the register. The lines move quickly, although sometimes that depends on patient questions. Every single person here has been helpful and friendly. It appears that H‑E‑B Willis leadership has taken accountability for providing the staffing this pharmacy needs. I hope they continue to do so. It really makes a difference.
- J7J 79Dec 30, 20251.0I live in Crockett and my parents had to go to conroe so I had them stop by to get some Prime 1 chuck roast because they were on sale and our local HEB doesn't sale Prime. My parents bought 16 steaks for our New Years celebration. They just got back and these are not prime, they're Select packaged as Prime. It will be embarrassing serving these. Not to mention i could of just went to my local HEB and paid $7.99 for the select and got the same quality. This should be illegal

Recently, they were out of stock on a much-needed prescription, and after checking around, I found that many other H-E-B pharmacies were also out. I called the H-E-B Pharmacy in Willis, and the woman who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. She confirmed the medication was in stock and was in the process of transferring my prescription when the pharmacist intervened and refused to fill it. I was told they needed to save the medication for their “regular” customers at that location. While I understand wanting to prioritize local customers, this is incredibly frustrating for long-time H-E-B customers like myself who are simply trying to get their medication filled. It’s disheartening to be turned away by one H-E-B location while still being a committed customer of the brand. There needs to be better consistency and customer care across all H-E-B pharmacies.
