  Went specifically to use a GOOD RX card for my cash price prescription. They NO LONGER Honor the Good RX discount program. I should have called to double check and I will take accountability, really just surprised & disappointed !

  I am not a first time client, but I’ve never had the experience that I did, like I did yesterday! The tech, Ernesto and pharmacist Trisha, went above and beyond their call in helping me understand how to take my new med (insulin) but also how to prepare it and inject it. Trisha took me to the consultation room and guided me on how to do everything properly after I admitted that I was very much a nervous wreck over starting insulin. I truly do appreciate the grace and kindness that these two exemplified in a moment of panic and fear especially right before closing time as I had just gotten out of the hospital!

  Honestly, Pharmacists James helped me with a dilemma which was not sent correctly by the ER, and feeling like the middle-“man”. James handled and helped me be able to receive the medication professionally with care. Thanks so much!

  One of our doctors insisted we use this brand pharmacy because of his experience with their pharmacists going above and beyond in finding extra coupons for expensive medications. This morning I asked to put an inhaler back on file because the cost was too high (with insurance!!). The pharmacist took the time to find me a coupon for the medication that made that medicine completely FREE for me through the manufacturer. I am so incredibly grateful we go to this pharmacy, it's not the first time they've gotten us good discounts. I really like this place.

  When we moved here last year, we were troubled by the long pharmacy lines. Since then we’ve noticed this H‑E‑B consistently has 2-3 pharmacists filling RX, a designated window person, and two people at the register. The lines move quickly, although sometimes that depends on patient questions. Every single person here has been helpful and friendly. It appears that H‑E‑B Willis leadership has taken accountability for providing the staffing this pharmacy needs. I hope they continue to do so. It really makes a difference.
