  Eyemart over all Good Place for cheap Glass and Expensive Glasses. Mgr is Nice and everyone that works up Front Seem Nice. LAB Not so much. Problem Last Year, Lab did my Lens in the Glasses upside down? Didn't know that was possible. They fixed it on both pair. This Year took 2 sets of lens in single vision 1st one Left eye upside down and Blurry. 2nd set Left eye Blurry and Glare Glare Glare... was asked to Try them for a Week Didn't even make one day of Going to Houston Then next day to Oklahoma. Had to put on my old glasses from last year. ... Got the other Pair with Bifocals again Left eye upside down and off axis Blurry. Asked for refund and received it. That's why this is Not 1 Star. Go read Wichita Eyecare if you want more of the Story. Good Luck out there.

  Mistake in prescription. Took 2 weeks to get glasses (wrong prescription) store never reordered by 8 days later. Answer was computer dropped a number in orig. script. Eyemart still had my $400.00 . Took one pr of new frames put in cheaper lens to make do until 2nd pr came back with proper lens. Now I give them the pr made with cheaper lens and send them off to have the expensive lens put in them. Week 5 begins! Wish me luck! I’ll need it. Linda Dunn

  I asked them to get the interpreter for me but They won’t get the interpreter for me. That’s against the law. And yes I’m deaf

  The time was taken to ask the questions about what I needed and what I wanted so I could easily decide on a direction to go. Excellent customer service. And my insurance was combined with EME special deals to help me walk out with a pair of glasses and another pair being delivered in two weeks at a most reasonable price.

  Bought 2 pairs of new progressive bi-focal glasses - including prescription sunglasses - at Eyemart Express in Wichita Falls. Absolutely AWESOME Customer Service from Brenda M, start to finish. She really knows her stuff and guided me through the frame selection process. I wanted all the coatings and stuff as in my previous pairs , but I am also used to anti-glare treatment on my lens so they had to be made in the out of office lab and shipped. No Big Deal. Since I live about 50 miles from the store, she suggested that I consider having the store mail them to me versus driving up to get them. Great idea and they arrived right within in the time frame she outlined. They look great, work great and there’s no issues with both pairs. Brenda simply got the job done and is such a pleasant and knowledgeable professional. My next pairs are definitely coming from Eyemart Express in the future! Thanks Brenda!!
