  The employee was rude and condescending to me after I gave my information. Their telephone system told me my prescription was ready, and the employee did not know which prescription it was. She said she resubmitted it and it would be ready at 6:30. I left and returned an hour later at 6:30 and waited almost 20 minutes in line to be told there was another problem. I had another long wait before I received my prescription. Finally, please tell your employees to address customers professionally. Being called “honey” in a condescending manner is not professional. I will be looking at transferring my prescriptions.

  I have met numerous of the Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists. They have all been very supportive and helpful. They always make sure I get my prescriptions on time!

  I have absolutely loved having a United on Southwest Parkway and appreciate all the nice workers and the always put together store. I went in for a prescription refill for my son due to previous fills with large capsules that I had requested smaller for as my son is only 7 for 3 months, previous times I had to just work with my child on taking the bigger ones so he didn’t get off track with his medicine because I couldn’t get any answers to why 1 month I got the smaller ones that were easier for him and every other month they were large again (dosage didn’t matter) and I met a pharmacist that I had not been in an encounter with before and she was very rude and not empathetic. When I asked her how she helps or would help a new patient on a medication like this if they couldn’t swallow it she said , “I guess nothing” she also told me without a manufacturers name she could not help me because she “was not ordering 5 different ones just for my son to see if they’re smaller” which I never asked her to do, I was just simply asking for help on getting the smaller capsules again. The more we talked, the more rude she became so I kindly declined anymore service from her, left and called Market Street. I spoke with Carrie, the pharmacist, who was the sweetest lady and helped me through it all and ended up finding a manufacturer that she had on hand with the smaller capsules. It took 5 minutes and she was never rude, irritated or non-empathetic of my child. Only thing she apologized for was that she couldn’t get it same day but it would be there in 2 days and I was so thankful. Thank you Carrie! I hope other pharmacists will strive to be more like you! I hated not having a good encounter there because it made me not want to return which isn’t fair to everyone else that really puts their heart into their jobs. I truly hope things get better with the staff.
