  Had been going here for years, they remodeled sure, but didn't think it important to inform pharmacy patients of changes made to their system. They put my medication back early, so there was no point in even requesting a refill, especially because they took the goodrx off that had been the SAME PRICE for OVER A YEAR. I budget down to the PENNY. I do not have additional funds to pay more for medication I was anticipating being cheaper. Why they didn't feel it was important to inform/notify their clients that hey, we're about to make everything more difficult for you, which puts pressure on the pharmacy workers, people are going to be angry with your employees over your change in system, and that tells me everything I need to know about this company. Happy to watch your own pharmacy fail because y'all had NO safeguards for your patients.

  Got to be the most useless pharmacy ever I needed medicine yesterday which my doctor prescribed they ran out and told me to come back tomorrow I come back they said it’s still being made it’s been well over 24 hours how do u not have medicine made in that window

  The department management at the very least is incompetent. The cashier and phone answering staff, either can't see all of the information in the computer about a prescription and medication or they have been allowed to get away with lying, saying it'll be ready in another 30 minutes or so. When you come back, the original person isn't there and the new one tells you the same thing. The pattern is so clear that It's seems they are too scared to have an unpleasant conversation so they brush you off with hopes of another person having to deal with it. I've been called a liar. After being told a few times it'll be ready I was told it was too soon for insurance to pay, I don't use insurance on prescriptions. After an hour and half of being lied to, being called a liar and brushed off I was told they didn't have enough, aggressively. Not once would anyone in that room listen or respond when I asked why does it always have to take me getting frustrated to get some one to care enough to stop lying to me and tell me truth.
