Jess who say she's the superior couldn't get my prescriptions right with the doctor each time I called she kept putting me on hold for long periods of time and wouldn't answer the phone and stated that they had customers as if I wasn't a customers and didn't have the ordasidy to call me about a refill that was requested almost 2 weeks prior I informed her that I was going to make a complaint
